The lapel brooch pin features two semi circular disc of silver mirror as wings, laid over bright green resin which has been given character by adding a textured pearl and blue bead for the insect's body and two polished green beads beads for its eyes.  The edges of the brooch have been embellished with a vivid green glitter, for an added touch of sparkle.

This modest brooch measures approximately 7 by 2.5 cm at its widest points and weighs 12g.  Due to its light weight, it is suitable for most delicate fabrics and has a safety pin embedded in the resin at the rear to affix to your favourite garment.
